Collection of personal information

• Anonymous analytics:
  Dalurinn uses Firebase Analytics to gather only non-personal usage and crash data (e.g., number of sessions, screen views, app errors). This data cannot identify you personally.

• Contact form data:
  If you choose to send us feedback or questions via Dalurinn’s Contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write.

Use and processing of collected information

• Analytics:
  To understand Dalurinn’s performance and improve stability and features. No analytics data is shared with third parties in identifiable form.

• Contact submissions:
  We use your contact-form information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent this data; it stays on our secure servers.

Retention of information

• Analytics:
  Retained by Firebase under its retention settings (by default up to 14 months).

• Contact data:
  Retained until we resolve your request, and thereafter purged no later than 24 months after submission, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Information security

We employ industry-standard safeguards (encryption at rest and in transit, secure access controls) to protect any data we store.

Managing your information

• Delete contact data:
  Email us at ibv@ibv.is with your name and date of submission, and we’ll delete your information promptly.

Changes and amendments

We may update this Policy; changes take effect when posted. Continued use after updates equals acceptance.
